The Bill (Reg. No 5171) suggests increasing of the
penalty rates for the destruction or damage by fire or other dangerous instrument
of the forests, green planting, land areas with other natural vegetation and
also stubble or vegetation remaining on the land areas of agricultural purpose more
than 1 hectare as in within the townships as beyond their borders. The Bill
also suggests strengthening of the liability for the indicated actions if they
are committed repeatedly and implementation of the extra penalty in the form of
deprivation of the right to occupy certain office or conduct certain types of the
activity.
